A spunky addition to our lineup, in a very limited quantity this year, made from Satsuma plums we've gotten from our friends at Apricot Lane (the farm is less than an hours drive from the restaurant!) partnered with one of our favorite jam additives, Shiso! Makes for a wonderfully vibrant & classy concoction.
